I don’t like to call it a bucket list. To me it is simply a list of things I want to do in life. The list itself is very short because in my 27 years I am so lucky to have supportive parents that have provided me with the resources needed to see and do a lot. Really lucky. I have travelled, I have eaten, I have accomplished so much. Anything on this list is just icing on the fortunate life I have led. I realize it now that I see how much my kids (students) struggle in life, and at such a young age…

Go to the Olympics as a spectator

Eat at Ad Hoc

In my lifetime, see Bouchon Bakery finally open in Los Angeles (December Pop-Up Shop)

Get an iPad

Visit Cielito Querido Cafe in the DF

Visit Intelligentsia, Chicago

Eat at Rebouchon in Las Vegas

Go to Chicago and visit any Rick Bayless restaurant

Visit Paris, France

Go to Comic Con

Visit Disney World, Tokyo Disney, or Disneyland Paris

Snowboard the Canadian Rockies

Go on a cruise

Eat at Salt in Vancouver

Meet Damon in person

Have a Magnolia cupcake.

Visit a rainforest

Drink something made by Kyle Glanville

Drink something made by Stephen Morrisey. A latte, pour me water, make me ANY coffee drink of his choice. Anything. Hand me a paper cup. ANYTHING. Coincidentally, my mother has had drinks made by BOTH SM and KG!
